What a memorable weekend! Absolutely fantastic.  House is beautiful.  
Never stayed in anything like this before.  Very very impressed.

Well what can we say."what a beautiful house"  weve had such a lovely 
time, children have loved it, what a lovely play room and thank you

Had a fantastic stay-the canopy bed was so decadent! The cake was 
such a welcome surprise.  Red wine in front of the log fire also went

We spent the most wonderful Christmas in Coedfa House.  It even 
snowed on Christmas Eve- which the children thought was "normal for 
Christmas" but we thought was completely magical.  The house is 
really beautiful and is furnished with some beautiful pieces-which 
you rarely, very rarely find in a holiday rental property.  You can 
really see that Beth and her family love this place too! Loved the 
Aga-toast 10/10!!!!  Log fire great. Bedrooms beautiful- beds so so 
comfy!!!.  Thank you Beth for a wonderful time here in your house.

Fantastic house, loved the lights in main bathroom.  Aga was fab! 
beautiful furniture, thought the house very clean and tidy, and the 
kids loved the games room (but not as much as we did!!) Thank you

Gorgeous cottage in a fabulous location.  Lovely welcome to find 
homemade cake.  Great half term holiday with benefit of leisure 
facilities at Waterloo Hotel.  Hope to visit again, many thanks.

Lovely forest walk in the rain, would love to return in drier weather 
to do more! Autumn colours spectacular and the rain made the 
waterfalls everywhere dramatic.  Will return one day!  Nov 2009

A five star cottage.  Lovelly to have a real bath after a day in the

What a great cottage! we love the area plenty of walks, fishing (no
